We offer programs for teams and collegiate and professional athletes. We have extensive experience with schools and club teams in multiple sports, have a dedicated college prep program, and have worked with a variety of pro athletes from PGA golfers and NFL players to UFC fighters and professional body builders.

In our specialized team training program, athletes train among teammates in a dynamic 60 minute session aimed to challenge and engage the entire group. Teams are provided programs and instruction that take into account their sport, phase of competition (in/during/out of season), and skill training load.
Our team training programs are not just about enhancing individual skills but about forging a cohesive unit that performs synergistically in high-pressure situations. Athletes from all different sports and schools come together as a team in the Athlete Ready College Prep Program and work on developing their strength and power while also reducing the risk of injury. Our priority is dramatically improving athletic performance through strength and conditioning, speed and agility, and movement and mobility combined with education on proper nutrition and recovery strategies.

The Athlete Ready Pro Sports Strength and Conditioning Program serves a variety of athletes, including MMA fighters in our Combat Sports Program. Our approach is adaptive, understanding that we often have to manage the stress of multiple sessions from multiple disciplines of training and possibly multiple coaches.

By starting with comprehensive movement and strength assessments, we pinpoint each athlete's strengths and areas for improvement, creating personalized training regimens that address specific needs. This individualization combined with focused attention by our coaches on each team member ensures that everyone advances, from the speedster needing to boost agility to the powerhouse working on endurance. These personalized advancements are then woven into team drills, where each player’s growth directly contributes to the collective success.
Preseason is a critical time for building physical conditioning and implementing injury risk reduction strategies through flexibility and mobility exercises. At the same time we slowly ramp up intensity, focusing on sport-specific strength, speed, endurance, and skills.
In-Season training shifts towards gaining and maintaining peak condition and optimizing game-day performance, while maintaining an healthy balance with rest and recovery. The aim is to sustain fitness levels while preventing fatigue and reducing injury through well-timed strength and conditioning sessions.
During the Offseason, we place an emphasis on recovery, addressing weaknesses, and laying the foundation for future growth. This phase allows for intensified strength and conditioning work to foster long-term development and prevent burnout. It's a period for athletes to flush out their joints and muscles, decompress their systems, gain muscle and speed, and enhance their overall athleticism. We additionally focus on optimizing movement patterns and honing proper form so that when athletes return to their teams they are moving well and getting the maximum out of their team training sessions.
We excel sports performance training not only because of our passion and dedication but also because we are experienced and educated. We have been working with teams and college and pro athletes for over a decade. We have worked with school and club teams teams all over the Albuquerque area for football, basketball, and soccer training; hundreds of student-athletes in a variety of sports; and professionals from the UFC, NFL, and PGA.
All our expert coaches all have top qualifications, including BA, BS, and MS degrees and certifications from CSCS, NASM, IYCA, USA-Weightlifting, Exos, FRC, GOATA, and NFPT among others.

Prices depend on frequency and commitment. The more classes or sessions per week and the longer the commitment, the lower the price. We also have discounts when nutrition and/or massage are included.
